How to make my daughters favorite pink cupcakes! SUPER easy! You need two items,
1. Classic White cake mix and 2. Diet Rite Red Raspberry soda
Place in a mixing bowl
Use your hand mixer to mix as directed on cake box
Scoop into cupcake papers, we lined ours with Halloween liners, her favorite holiday any time of the year!
Bake as directed on the cake box at 350 degrees for 22 minutes! Let cool and ice with icing if you wish! Not shown in the picture, but we do use pink strawberry icing! DELISH!!! One of the great things about this recipe is that there's no dairy, milk, eggs, etc.... which is why Madelyn can have them. Great for those with food allergies and diabetics! Plus, you can lick the bowl and not worry about the raw egg you have in other mixes! Hope you enjoy them! Trust me, they are GREAT!!!

Yummy and so easy!!! would any fizzy drink work do you think? we don't have raspberry whatever you've got there but I have some Hansen's sparkling soda. I guess I'd need pink food coloring?

I have heard that any flavored soda will work. At Madelyn's preschool they have used orange soda and made it into a cake! Let me know how it goes! I am interested in seeing everyone's cupcakes!

These kind of remind me of some cookies I make with jello. You just add a different flavor of jello to the ingredients and you can change the flavor.

Great! Thanks. My son loves to lick the bowl and always gives a heavy sigh when he hears, "No honey - there's raw eggs in there!" He is going to be so happy!
